i don't have any problem because i can play this file very well. you must joint that 3 part with hjsplit. with that, this file become 1 file and the subtitles you must rename it with the same name with file. example : tekken blood vengeance.mkv and the sub : tekken blood vengeance.srt

it is stated dual audio, can anyone open japanese audio? i am using mpc but no luck, any guidance?

I can't access the japanese audio too. how can I do it ? or actually it's not a dual audio file?
