Reiko Chiba is an actress, seiyuu and occasional singer. She is a Henshin Hottie from the 1993 Super Sentai series, Kyouryu Sentai Zyuranger, wherein she she plays as Mei aka PteraRanger. She also voiced the character Cham-Cham from the Samurai Showdown video game series.
