Is there a psp emulator for androids?

when I try to merge the 6 rar files inside it keeps failing and saying that the file name is too long. need help wants to play this T_T btw is GBF similar to a ps1 game that had black rx,wing zero, and ultraman? forgot the name but played that during my childhood XD

^nvm all is well now, it was just the links which were unable to extract. the files itself are good. thanks for the link
